What kind of tickets will I get alerted about?
Using data from the New York City Department of Finance, we'll be able to see Parking, Red Light Camera, and Speed Zone Camera tickets. These are only tickets from the City of New York. You won't receive moving violation tickets either.

Can I register more than one vehicle?
Sure. Just complete fill out the form again for each plate number. If/when you get a summons, the e-mail will include the license plate, so you'll know which it's for.

I'm not getting any e-mails. Is something wrong?
Probably not. After your confirmation e-mail, you'll only hear from us when there's a new ticket detected.

Will you dispute my ticket?
No. But we're working on some additional functionality to help you do that.

I lost my ticket. Can I get a copy of it?
We include a link to the PDF version of the summons in your alert e-mail. Click it, download it, and make sure it doesn't have any mistakes.

What will you do with my information?
Send you alerts when you have a ticket and that's it. The information you provide and the information retrieved will not be used for any other purpose. We may send you an alert if there's a change to the service. This service is provided at no cost.
